In a few minutes, your practice can start benefiting from using the Medical History Questionnaire (MHQ). First, you have a decision to make... to run MHQ from the hard drive of each of your computers or from our server via a broadband Internet connection.

INTERNET VERSION (recommended)

A broadband Internet connection allows each computer direct access to MHQ. Running MHQ via the Internet is the easiest and most convenient way to use MHQ. This is the ideal solution for using MHQ on multiple computers throughout your office.

LOCAL VERSION

Running MHQ locally from your computer's hard drive is necessary if you do not have broadband Internet access. Or, it's an acceptable solution if you're planning to dedicate only one or two computers to MHQ. Running MHQ locally will require you to update the software on an ongoing basis. We will prompt you to run these updates.
